Stirling's campus is located on the shores of a loch, by an 18th-century castle. The city of Stirling features a castle, sports village and vibrant shopping area and is only a ten-minute bus ride from the campus. Stirling is historically the ‘Gateway to the Highlands’ and is centrally located in Scotland, with Glasgow and Edinburgh airports a short distance away.
The campus has some of the finest sports facilities on a single site in the country, including the National Swimming Academy and the Gannochy National Tennis Centre. The campus is also home to the Scottish Institute of Sport, Commonwealth Games Council for Scotland and Scottish Swimming.

The Stirling University MBA programme is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and provides students with an understanding of accounting and finance, marketing, operations management, and human resources management. To gain admission into the MBA course, you’ll need a second-class honours degree or its international equivalent, a minimum of three years of work experience, a copy of your CV, and proof of your English language proficiency.
The University of Stirling has been rated 5 stars for employability by the QS Stars University Ratings 2024 while a graduates outcomes survey by the HESA has found that 95% of Stirling graduates were employed or pursuing further studies 15 months after graduation. They’ve gone on to work in prestigious organisations such as EY and HSBC, with the support of its Careers Service which offers Stirling alumni lifelong careers support.
It’s located in the central belt of Scotland, built within the Airthrey Castle estate in Stirling, Scotland. The campus spans about 360 acres in size on the foot of the Ochil Hills.
